Wing Hua opened its doors on Court Street when Carroll Gardens was still finding its footing — and we've been part of the neighborhood ever since. What started as a small kitchen with big ambitions has grown into a gathering place where regulars know the waitstaff by name.
Our recipes come from a family cookbook that's been annotated, stained, and loved for generations. We hand-pull our noodles every morning, fold our dumplings by hand, and simmer our broths long enough to matter.
